

This wine is produced in small volumes and only in excellent vintages. It is made from grapes that are very carefully selected from vineyards on the hillsides of Valpolicella. Since 1983 only a few vintages have been produced. This is a highly concentrated wine with great structure that is accompanied by a remarkable and long lived aromatic elegance.

It is made from grapes that are very carefully selected from the Fabriseria vineyard on the hillsides of Valpolicella Classica between the municipalities of Fumane and Sant’Ambrogio. Soil: clay and limestone with a strong rock structure

Hand made grape harvest, drying of grapes in a controlled fruit drying facility for about 4 months. After alcoholic fermentation and maceration in stainless steel, the wine is refined in barrels made from Slavonian Oak for 4 years and in the bottle for an additional year.
