Winemaker comments

The only grapes raisened in the drying room, which we improved by helping the ventilation, have been Corvina, Barbera and Rondinella. The result has been positive and standard with its 110 days of drying process until the second week of January 2007. Negrar wines, as it was for vintage 2005, are more fresh than usual and have a pleasant bouquet. They have proven to be very enjoyable wines since their bottling.
