Winemaker comments

This wine is the flagship for the Tedeschi family and has been a Grand cru since 1964. The wine is made from grapes selected from the vineyard of the same name purchased in 1918 and located in Pedemonte. The wine has delicate fruit that is enhanced with aging and has spiked notes of balsamic. The wine has great structure and complexity and is very elegant and long lived.
